I’ve been experimenting with different granolas recently, and have found a combination that is very nearly perfect. This delicious granola is made with quinoa, nuts, coconut oil, seeds, a selection of dried fruits, and sweetened with pulverized apple. It tastes divine! Only issue is working out the exact preparation of the quinoa, at the moment it’s still a little too crunchy for me to share the recipe. Still, a very lovely experiment to keep on trying!
